Dimas Adji specialises in corporate commercial (including foreign direct investment, M&A and joint ventures transactions) as well as employment matters with more than a decade experience in a leading Indonesian commercial law firm. His industry sectors include manufacturing, FMCG and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to establishing MAJA Consulting, he held a role as an asset manager in a state-owned asset management company undertaking SOEs restructuring.

Randy has more than a decade experience practices as a senior lawyer in prominent international law firm primarily advising on debt restructuring, banking and finance and capital markets transactions in Indonesia. His advises world’s major financial institutions and offshore private funds management on bond issuance transaction, project finance, debt restructuring, structured financing and security structures for Indonesian financings. He handles our firm’s litigation as well as debt restructuring practice.  

Prior to establishing MAJA Consulting, he acted as the Head of Advisory Division in a state-owned asset management company where he led various debt restructuring and investment transactions. 

Ires specialices in financing and capital market transactions with many years of experience as a lawyer in a leading Indonesian commercial law firm. Prior to joining MAJA Consulting, she acted as the Senior Legal Counsel in a major property development company in Indonesia which further equipped her with extensive and significant knowledge in real estate and property sector.
